On the 25th of March, Minister of Justice Karen Andreasyan received Ladislav Hamran, the director of the EU Criminal Justice Agency.

The Minister attached high importance to the cooperation with the European Union in the sphere of justice aimed at judicial reforms. The effectiveness of the cooperation is evident in mutual willingness of the RA and the EU to start formal negotiations on the agreement on criminal cooperation between the EU Criminal Justice Agency (Eurojust) and the competent authorities of the RA. Signing of this agreement will allow both parties to work together and exchange data to address the current and future challenges posed by organised crime and terrorism.
